Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, didn’t get all the ‘free/included’ items that were promised at checkout, and they don’t give your full refund back when returning. Will never order from them again.

I bought this bag for a weekend…

I bought this bag for a weekend getaway, and it ended up being even better than I expected. It fits perfectly under the seat on the plane, so I could easily reach for my stuff without bothering anyone. The quality is excellent, the color is beautiful, and I'm honestly thinking about picking up another one for my daughter.

If I could I’d give this bag a minus…

If I could I’d give this bag a minus star! It took forever to receive it and after I did it was a severe disappointment!It had almost no room for anything after hanging a few wrinkle free dresses. And the zippers were so poorly made and tiny they broke on the first use!I reached out to the luhxe support who did respond but to return the bags, you have to ship them back on your dime and are charged a 20% “ restock” fee! Really?!?!Do they think they r going to resale this broken thing?So they in turn offered a pittling 15% return to your card.DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM!!!!!Tanya Clayton

My second order

This is my second time ordering during the BOGO sale, and once again, everything showed up right on time and in great shape. I was shocked at how much I could fit two weeks of clothes, my toiletries, even my tablet and chargers and it still slid right under the seat on the plane. I've given a few as gifts already, and everyone raves about them.
