SCAM SCAM SCAM don’t order from here never received my item and the customer service is an auto generated email so you get no info been waiting over a month and it’s still shows no tracking. Hopefully I can save someone else from being screwed by this horrible CHINA company!!!!!!!!
One of the worst companies! Terrible customer service!! I went to cancel my order minutes after placing it. By the time the company responded it was “too late” to stop the order. The bags were supposed to be bogo and they didn’t not ring that way. It took almost 4 mths to get the whole order, so again “too late” to do anything. Do NOT buy. There is another bag out there like this one and it’s much less expensive with better reviews.
I ordered two and just received them. I am totally amazed at how much you can fit in these bags. Seems that everything you said on your website about these bags is true. I am about to order the wheels for the bags, as I made a mistake of not ordering them with the bags. we travel a lot and it’s gonna be so nice not to have to do check bags. Seems the same amount of stuff that you put in a check bag fits in these. I encourage anyone that needs a new bag to give these a try.
Even though I've had bad experiences with internet shopping, Luhxe was a welcome surprise! I ordered the pink travel bag, and it arrived in four days! They demonstrated the quality in their instagram advertisements, if not better! For keeping clothing and toiletries organized, the sections are ideal. My spouse was so thrilled that he immediately ordered one for himself. Definitely going to check out their other goods!
Place order 11/29/24. Received them 12/24; the bags and wheels came in separate packages but the order was missing the advertised free shoe bags. Emailed customer service on 1/5/25 about missing shoe bags. Abigail said they would give me an update when they finish coordinating with their manufacturers in 1/14. Mary gave an update on 2/4 that they were shipping the items and any delay was from customs. Understandable.4/7… it’s been some time now. Where is the stuff??? Reached out and got a reply from Anthony saying that they sent the right amount of shoe bags in the initial order so they wouldn’t be sending me any more.Um…so y’all out here lying about shipping them in the first place???Anthony offered a reshipment of shoe bags (again) with tracking or $30 refund . I really want these shoe bags 😶… just for this man to come back two weeks later with a “ we’re unable to reship the shoe bags separately due to current logistics limitations.”Fine. I’ll take the $30 refund. This was 4/26.We’re at 5/30…. I still haven’t gotten the refund. So. I hope Abigail, Mary, and especially Anthony have a reaaaaaaally wonderful day—- 🤭🫵🫶🖕
Like previous reviewers, I ordered my buy one get one free bag around Black Friday. I received the roller portion of the bags a couple weeks ago, with a more stating the bags would be arriving separately. I have yet to receive the actual bags. Tracking number doesn’t work. Absolutely horrible. DO NOT BUY.
