Slow and lying

Place order 11/29/24. Received them 12/24; the bags and wheels came in separate packages but the order was missing the advertised free shoe bags. Emailed customer service on 1/5/25 about missing shoe bags. Abigail said they would give me an update when they finish coordinating with their manufacturers in 1/14. Mary gave an update on 2/4 that they were shipping the items and any delay was from customs. Understandable.4/7… it’s been some time now. Where is the stuff??? Reached out and got a reply from Anthony saying that they sent the right amount of shoe bags in the initial order so they wouldn’t be sending me any more.Um…so y’all out here lying about shipping them in the first place???Anthony offered a reshipment of shoe bags (again) with tracking or $30 refund . I really want these shoe bags 😶… just for this man to come back two weeks later with a “ we’re unable to reship the shoe bags separately due to current logistics limitations.”Fine. I’ll take the $30 refund. This was 4/26.We’re at 5/30…. I still haven’t gotten the refund. So. I hope Abigail, Mary, and especially Anthony have a reaaaaaaally wonderful day—- 🤭🫵🫶🖕
