Showed those smug millennials at the airport

I'm 62 and apparently that means I don't know how to pack according to the 20-something girls behind me in line. They were making jokes about how "older people always overpack" while I was at check-in. HAH! Well ladies, watch and learn. My Luhxe bag fit 10 days worth of clothes for my Mediterranean cruise while their basic suitcases got flagged for fees. They spend $150 each while I waltzed onto the plane. The flight attendant even complimented my "stylish and practical" bag. Age and wisdom beats youth and stupidity every time!

Still haven't received items!!!

This was a Christmas gift for my Mom. The website makes it seem like it's going to be delivered (or at very least, shipped) within 4 days of ordering. Knowing that, I had it shipped to my house because there was plenty of time for it to arrive, and for me to take it with me to visit her. It never came. My mom has been talking about this bag for a month now, and how it was going to be perfect for her vacation (leaving Dec 26th for it). It's literally the *only* thing she wanted for Christmas.Fast forward the email reply I received 7 days after my inquiry (the website states "we will typically respond to you within 24 to 48 hours"). I *completely* understand being busy and getting a lot of orders, but one should at least be honest with their customers. It was a huge let down when I saw it was being delivered via Yun Express, but I just saw that this package is still in China. Pretty sure it's safe to say it's not arriving before Christmas, nevermind in any sort of time for my mom to take it on her vacation.I just reread all the fine print on their website. "Max delivery time – 12 business days. This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time." It took far longer than 5 days to process this order, and we're just about at the 12 days max shipping time already.... (that's only counting weekdays.) I sent this email to Luhxe on 12/21, and guess what! Today is 1/16/25 and I STILL haven't heard from them!! It doesn't seem unrealistic to expect a company to deliver on what their website promises, even if I had to dig through the fine print to find out that what they make it seem like, is going to take much longer. ... And still haven't delivered on that ...
