Ordered in Dec 2024 for a February trip. Company didn’t get bag to me on time and plus it was a BOGO deal, which I didn’t get the second bag. First shipment never came. They did send a replacement but not the other bag. Gave me some money back. Told them I didn’t want the bag and roller as it was past my trip. Gave me the return policy which is to send to NJ and then you get a 20% restocking fee. Why would I pay to send something back that the company totally screwed up to begin with? Gave me some more money back. Told me they would send the second bag. WTH? I don’t want it. I told them I would send it back if they sent me a prepaid label but oh no…it’s my responsibility. If this company thinks I am done, they are wrong! Told me if I keep the purchase they will refund me 15% of my order which will be another $25. Company said they can only do $15 because I have already gotten money back from them. That is some BS! They are shady and I am still trying to get money back. DO NOT BUY unless you want a headache! I will be contacting my payment provider to dispute this purchase! Best thing this company can do is refund the money for the purchase!
Can I give 0 stars? Worst experience possible. Originally ordered two bags for me and a friend for our trip and got the offer for another half off. Got the single bag and before I even opened it could smell the horrible quality. Smelled like fish and after letting it air out for almost 2 weeks it STILL reeks. Still haven’t received my original 2 bags and they won’t refund me even though it says they shipped out 3 weeks ago. Instead of doing the right thing and refunding it all after asking multiple times they just decided to ship MORE bags to me even though I said what horrible quality these are. Material is thin and the zippers are trash. Do NOT waste your money on these because you’re not going to get refunded once you make the choice.
I loved this bag. It was perfect for short trips and the garment bag feature is brilliant, which is why I purchased several. However, after only 5 uses the zipper fell off. This would have been 5 stars but for this defect. I notified customer service they said they would call the manufacturer but then nothing. Well for the 4 trips I used it for it was a 5 star bag but it does not last long. So disappointed.
I ordered this bag for a trip over a week ago and have not received it. The tracking number does not work for any carriers. I leave in three days and have no idea when or if my order is coming. Reading all of the negative reviews coupled with the long time of arrival gives me pause. I may have made a big mistake trusting this company.
I order two black pieces of luggage and one pink, a cosmetic bag and two shoes bags. I only received the one black bag the pink bag and the cosmetic bag. I have sent customer service pictures and they keep giving me the run around. My money doesn't grow on a tree.
