Ordered in Dec 2024 for a February trip. Company didn’t get bag to me on time and plus it was a BOGO deal, which I didn’t get the second bag. First shipment never came. They did send a replacement but not the other bag. Gave me some money back. Told them I didn’t want the bag and roller as it was past my trip. Gave me the return policy which is to send to NJ and then you get a 20% restocking fee. Why would I pay to send something back that the company totally screwed up to begin with? Gave me some more money back. Told me they would send the second bag. WTH? I don’t want it. I told them I would send it back if they sent me a prepaid label but oh no…it’s my responsibility. If this company thinks I am done, they are wrong! Told me if I keep the purchase they will refund me 15% of my order which will be another $25. Company said they can only do $15 because I have already gotten money back from them. That is some BS! They are shady and I am still trying to get money back. DO NOT BUY unless you want a headache! I will be contacting my payment provider to dispute this purchase! Best thing this company can do is refund the money for the purchase!
