Review Time
Disappointed. I tried to do my research and get the real version of the bag, but once I ordered it still drop shipped from China. Tried it out for an overnight trip, which means I definitely didn’t use or need the full capacity, and still the garment bag inner lining section’s zipper broke at first but I was able to fix it with pliers, then then one of the snaps that go over the main zipper broke/pulled out of its place the first time I closed the bag. The bag itself feels like it’s good quality, but I had two closure breaks on a not full bag straight out of the box.
If I could rate a zero I would. I purchased bags, BOGO November 9, 2024. I still had not received my items by January 2025. Once I finally got something delivered the end of January, it was missing almost all of items (5), only 1 bag and none of the other things (a bag, shoe container, 2 packing cubes, instant download). The irony is I paid $10 extra for shipping protection and lifetime warranty. I filed a complaint through PayPal and they created another shipping link to make it seem they were sending me my items. Fast forward to now, March 1 and I still have NEVER received anything else. They keep sending me fake shipping links that have never UPDATED past January 8. They are a complete scam and frauds. I have demanded a full refund and they said that cannot initiate a refund until a return has been made! Another example of how they are scamming me and trying to prolong the issue until it is past the date on PayPal when I can no longer have any recourse. I initiated another complaint with PayPal and requested my buyer's protection service through them since they are clearly frauds. 168$ gone and I only received one bag, which honestly sucks. It is cheap quality not worth any of this. It smells and is not like the description, the material is very cheap and I doubt will last after using it once. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I love the bag! It holds more items than a standard carry-on bag. However, I purchased the roller to make it easier to move through the airport and the roller fell apart the very first time I used it. Hopefully, the company will provide one in the future that is a lot sturdier.
I love my Luhxe 2.0 bag! It’s a game changer for sure! I took it with me to my graduation trip from Missouri to Arizona for 4 days as my carry on. I packed my cap and gown, 2 dresses and 4 shorts, t-shirts, jeans, swimsuit and 4 pairs of shoes and my cosmetics bag. I even had room to bring back some of the things I bought in AZ! No concerns with lost luggage for me!! I Will travel with my Luhxe 2.0 as a carry on wherever I go!
