I'm done being nickel and dimed by corporations that think women over 50 are easy targets. This bag is my middle finger to every airline that's ever charged me bogus fees. At 59 I've paid THOUSANDs in baggage fees over the years for the crime of...packing like a woman? Well NO MORE. This bag hold everything and fits perfectly. Just saved $120 on my flight to see my new grand baby. That money bought adorable baby clothes instead of lining some CEO's pockets. Victory!
The whole process was great. From beginning to end. Picking out my favorite colors, accessing the website, paying and receiving my luggage, was seamless. They came in record time and I’m very happy with my order. I haven’t used them yet but I hope they hold up as promised.
Ordered this bag and it took 3 weeks to get to me which was way longer than expected. Had to contact customer service twice. When it finally arrived though. I have to admit it's actually really well made. The materials is thick and the zippers are smooth. Fits more than they claim. I'm still annoyed about the shipping but the product itself is solid. If you're not in a rush it might be worth it.
This company advertises as though they're an American company who ships their products from the US. This company actually ships from China. I didn't realize this when I purchased the product for my wife's birthday, and I paid for the express shipping (3-7 days). First of all that shouldn't even be an option because nothing from China will ever arrive in 3-7 days. I received the product about 3 weeks after purchase and they ignore my requests to refund the expedited shipping cost. Bag seems like decent quality but came with a strange fishy smell. Roller wheels seem shitty.
Bag is absolutely terrible. First the smell when you open it smells like it was mixed in with garbage in a cargo container for months. The material is very cheap and rips easily. The snaps to close the bag don’t line up and several didn’t snap together at all. I tried to email customer service since email is the only option this company provides and they never replied after 8 attempts over 3 weeks. There is no way to return. You’re stuck with expensive garbage. Such a scam!! Don’t waste your money on this!
I ordered two bags on Nov. 21, 2024. About a week later, I received an email saying they had not planned on the overwhelming response to their sale, so my order would be delayed, but to make up for the delay, they were upgrading my bag to the Luhxe 2.0. This was what I originally ordered, so that was no help. I received my order on Jan. 11, 2025; however, the rollers were not included. In the package was a note saying the rollers would be shipped separately to avoid damage to the bag. It is now Feb. 24, 2025 and I still have not received the rollers. I have emailed several times asking for updated tracking information and every time, I am told that my concern has been elevated to priority status, but I still have not gotten the tracking information for the rollers. I requested a refund, and was asked to be patient as they are "actively working to get [my rollers] to me". So frustrating. I feel completely scammed : (
