I ordered two bags on Nov. 21, 2024. About a week later, I received an email saying they had not planned on the overwhelming response to their sale, so my order would be delayed, but to make up for the delay, they were upgrading my bag to the Luhxe 2.0. This was what I originally ordered, so that was no help. I received my order on Jan. 11, 2025; however, the rollers were not included. In the package was a note saying the rollers would be shipped separately to avoid damage to the bag. It is now Feb. 24, 2025 and I still have not received the rollers. I have emailed several times asking for updated tracking information and every time, I am told that my concern has been elevated to priority status, but I still have not gotten the tracking information for the rollers. I requested a refund, and was asked to be patient as they are "actively working to get [my rollers] to me". So frustrating. I feel completely scammed : (
