This company advertises as though they're an American company who ships their products from the US. This company actually ships from China. I didn't realize this when I purchased the product for my wife's birthday, and I paid for the express shipping (3-7 days). First of all that shouldn't even be an option because nothing from China will ever arrive in 3-7 days. I received the product about 3 weeks after purchase and they ignore my requests to refund the expedited shipping cost. Bag seems like decent quality but came with a strange fishy smell. Roller wheels seem shitty.
