An amazing bag

An amazing bag. Used it for a 5day vacation with plenty of room. Toiletries were stowed away nearly, dresses wrinkle free and easy to fit in overhead carry on. Highly suggested.

I got the bag in good timing

I got the bag in good timing. I was amazed at how much room it had. The only problem I had was that there were no instructions for putting the wheels on and such. Thank you for creating this product.

Do not order from this company. Ordered 4 bags with rollers back in…

Ordered 4 bags with rollers back in November. Continued to receive bogus emails to download shipping apps. No information for shipping. Tried customer service multiple times with same response. They will handle personally and I would receive updates. As of today I received two of the rollers shipped separately and two bags. No information on the other two. Do not order from this company. Will not issue refunds. Order elsewhere. For what you pay the quality and time for the bags are not worth it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered in November. Shipping said 7-10 days. It’s now January 18th and I still haven’t received my order. I contacted customer service and they were no help. All they said was my order was shipped and gave me a link that just says transportation in progress.

Don’t waste your time on this company!!!

I too have fallen into the scam of this company. I ordered my bags on November 23 of this year In plenty time for Christmas. I have yet to receive any bag and the tracking number they gave me does not work. The only positive thing that I can say is that you actually do hear from customer service although I do think they’re just blowing Smoke. I can’t say how disappointed I am in this company. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
