DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered Nov 16th, followed up Nov28th, was told that there were shipping delays and they offered two free gifts. Followed up again around Dec 15, no response. There is no shipping information on Shop where I ordered thru. It did show preparing for shipping but now nothing. Company has gone radio silent. DO NOT WASTE TOUR TIME OR MONEY. SCAM!!!!!
I had been looking at this bag for quite a while! The classic bag looked like it would be perfect for my cruise travel. I was fortunate to get the buy one get one offer. The bags arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. Luhxe’s tracking service was very impressive! The bags are very attractive and of good quality. I’m looking forward to using it next month.
Bags were quickly received. Nice product. Don't really care for the side load shoe pocket, would rather have a large pocket. One of the bags was missing a snap and still waiting on response how to get it fixed/replaced. Would also appreciate some sort of snap or hook for the zipper pulls holding up sides so that zippers could accidently open. For the price I expected a little more. But I was able to pack a lot in them.
Poor quality. I ordered this for my daughter and she used it 3 times and the lining is shredding. Their return policy does not seems fair especially as the item is obviously defective or very poor quality. Do not buy this bag as the return policy is a rip off. there are many more companies that will stand behind their merchandise.
I have just received my Luhxe bag in time for me to take my next trip. I just came back from a trip to New Jersey where I had to pay $79 for a check bag and would’ve had to pay for a carry-on on this particular airline..(not sure if I can say the name) I’m now going back to New Jersey for my niece‘s graduation. The cost of my flight was cheap and now with this bag, I will not have to pay for a carry-on or to check a bag.( different airline) I will be staying for a week and have packed all that I need in your bag. I feel comfortable with this carry-on because it has wheels.I usually get wheelchair assistance and have to wait to get my bag and then go to the car rental. Having this bag eliminates a lot of time, and it is easy for me to carry with the wheels. This was a great purchase. I would recommend this bag to anyone who likes to travel and doesn’t want to have a large cumbersome bag to carry around.
Delivery took forever. Had 3 trips scheduled in 3 months. Ordered bag before these thinking it'd be perfect. Bag arrived in the middle of my last trip. The roller does not look like it fits well, looks like it will be problematic. Don't know how this bag will work out.
