Review Time
I ordered 2 bags on November 13. I still have not received them. I did get responses back to my emails. However, it is December 29 and still no bags! I think I have been pretty patient and kind to their customer service. I just feel that almost 2 months later(and still no bags) is unacceptable and deserves a poor review.Positive note: they did add 2 free items(we will see if I get them) and took 20% off of order
i contacted your company to tell you that one of my travel bags zipper was getting hard to zip and stuck at times. you were very helpful in giving me a discount.I wanted to get the 3in1 tote special; however; the message kept popping up that the item was to light to ship here so I cannot order it.
If I could give zero stars I would! I spent over $200 on merchandise that I never received! Customer service keeps telling me they can’t give me any idea of when it will ship (which it was ordered a month ago) because the warehouse is “backed up with orders.” I am furious! I tried to cancel my order & was told I couldn’t. Also, they made it to where nobody can see comments on their FB page. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Okay so I'm not usually one to write reviews but I had to share this story. I was flying to Mexico for my honeymoon and at the airport they said my regular suitcase was too big and I had to pay $95 to check it. On my HONEYMOON budget! I was so upset and stressed. This nice lady in line behind me had the same bag I'd been looking at online (this one) and she told me it fits everything. Long story short I ordered it for my next trip and OH MY GOD. I fit everything for a 10 day trip including my wedding dress for photos and it went right in the overhead bin. My husband was amazed. This bag is magical.
