Luhxe is a scam!! I ordered the Luhxe Travel Bag 2.0, buy one get one free and Luhxe cosmetic bag, on November 24, 2024. I have not received my order yet. The tracking number given was not a USPS tracking number. I wrote to Luhxe. The response I received was they would refund me 20%. That “company policy” does not allow for a full refund until I receive my order! It had been over two months and no travel bags! Their website has testimonials on it and everyone says their order came quickly, wishing 4-6 weeks. I am very skeptical! Save your money. Do not order from Luhxe! It is now April 3rd and I have not received a refund or the bag!!
I purchased 2 roller bags on. November 19, it is now February 14th and I have yet to receive them. I have emailed numerous times and they kept giving run around and then sent me a tracking number and I have checked and it has shown to be in Dallas Texas since Jan 16.. not moving or anything… I requested a refund and was told that they are unable to issue refund until bag has been delivered and returned. At this point I am contacting BBB and disputing this with my credit card company. This is some total BS.
Complete scam. I ordered mine weeks ago, and still have yet to receive it. It said 3-7 days so that's a lie. I've been back and forth with their customer service and no one seems to know where my bag is. Also looked into the tracking number and it says it's invalid. Reporting to my bank as fraud. DO NOT BUY from this company.
What a joke!! Oh I got the bag but it smells like rotten eggs!!! No way, would you ever be able to use it or put clothes in it because it stinks so bad and they did not offer to replace it so they would give me 25% off. What the hell why would I want 25% off of a bag, I can’t use they suck. Do not I repeat do not ever buy anything from them
I too ordered my bags back in early November and it was supposedly on its way to me, but the postage was not enough so it got shipped back. I was promised that they were going to fix it and it has not been fixed. I would not buy from this company again.
