Review of Luhxe
I purchased 2 roller bags on. November 19, it is now February 14th and I have yet to receive them. I have emailed numerous times and they kept giving run around and then sent me a tracking number and I have checked and it has shown to be in Dallas Texas since Jan 16.. not moving or anything… I requested a refund and was told that they are unable to issue refund until bag has been delivered and returned. At this point I am contacting BBB and disputing this with my credit card company. This is some total BS.
