Just want to say Thank you to whoever designed this bag. My mon is 68 and has arthritis and traveling was becoming really hard for her. Heavy suitcases, checking bags, waiting at baggage claim= it was all too much. Got her this bag for her birthday and she just got back from visiting my brother. She called me crying happy tears saying she felt independent again. She could carry it herself, it fits everything she needed. and she didn't have to ask for help. That's worth everything to me.

After learning how to pack it

After trying how to pack it (watched the video a few times,) I packed it for a 5 day trip. I was impressed because I always seem to overpack and I still had room for more. Looking forward to my next trip which will be longer. Hotels are involved in that trip. I will be organized. Wish I had something nice like mine to pack the dogs stuff.

Never recieved the product

Placed an order in November and waited 2 months and recieved nothing. Never recieved a promised re- shippment either. In the end, after 5 months they only offered me a 10% discount for the troulble.

DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS! Mine arrived and the odor permeating from the bags was HORRIFIC. As instructed by LUHXE I left the bags out airing for over a week. The odor now permeates everything the bag touched. Even though there is a "money back guarantee" they will not provide shipping cost which is more than the bags!!THIS IS A RIP OFF. DO NOT EXPOSE YOURSELF, YOUR FAMILY OR YOUR HOME TO THESE DISGUSTING ODORS.

Proving the young ones wrong feels SO good

My adult kids kept insisting I needed to "simplify" my packing and stop being so "extra" when I travel. They made me feel like a burden every family vacation. Well this bag proved them all wrong! Fit everything for our week at the beach house including all the hostess gifts and extra towels I always bring (because I'm thoughtful, not extra!). While they struggled with their tiny bags and had to buy everything at tourist prices, I was prepared for anything. Sometimes mother really does know best!
