Scam. Waiting two months. Customer service said they would ship a replacement, but the trip I bought it for came and went so I asked for a refund. Despite allegedly being able to ship a replacement, they are apparently unable to offer a refund since it’s “on its way.” There is also an absurd restocking fee for returns.

Don't fall for this scam fake company!

I honestly don’t know where to start. I ordered this bag over a month ago and it finally arrived late here in the UK, and smelling like it had been stored in a damp basement next to a pile of rotten fish! The material feels cheap and flimsy, nothing like as advertised. Within minutes of unzipping it, the zip broke so now I can’t even use it. One of the handles looks like it’s going to rip off if I put anything heavier than a sock inside.I contacted customer service and got nothing but copy-paste responses. No refund. No help. Just frustration. Total waste of money and time. Save yourself the headache and avoid this brand at all costs.

Very pleased!

I ordered mine and received it in 3 days. I got a free cosmetic bag plus shipping protection and a lifetime warranty. I emailed them to get more information on the warranty in case I need it in the future. They replied within 24 hours. I plan on ordering one for my daughter for her birthday.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Don't buy this bag!!!

I ordered two bags in the buy one, get one free sale before Xmas. One bag arrived, and it is now March and I am still dealing with customer service to get the second bag. I took the first bag on a trip (with less than the promised 2 weeks of clothes in it) and the zipper broke the first time I used it. I've been fighting with customer service about the first bag, but all I get are copy-and-paste responses. Don't bother with this bag - it seems great, but it's not. And the rollers are pretty much useless, since they aren't 360, you just end up dragging the bag through the airport. The base on the roller is too small to handle a packed bag, it tips over.

SCAM SCAM SCAM- Let's start there. I ordered 2 bags and they did not work for me. Attempted to return them and therr was bacK and forth until the finally sent the address. No retutn label. 20% restocking with the comment that they were trying to make it righ. BULLI am mad that they pretend to be so helpful in the beginning only because they know would take advantage at the end. C.Wilcox

Life changing purchase

I travel for work every month and was spending $150+ each trip on baggage fees. This bag has saved me literally hundreds of dollars already. The compression system actually works - I can fit 2 weeks of clothes in here. My colleagues keep asking where I got it. Quality feels premium too, much better than my old suitcase.

Here’s my updated review from 12/20/24-don’t buy. As of today I still haven’t received the product (about 3months including date I ordered on 11/4/24). I email several times and no response from the person who invented (Julie) this bag or support team. Save your money.

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I would give zero stars if I could. I paid extra for expedited delivery (7-10days), given I had a trip I needed it for. it took over 2 weeks to get to me which meant it didn’t arrive before my trip. I contacted customer support when I could see by the tracking it wouldn’t get here on time, and either my emails are ignored or they just respond with my tracking and say my shipment is on its way - clearly not a human on the other end of their emails. Despite paying for faster delivery and it not arriving in time, no one will respond and I’m sure they will still take the 20% restocking fee from me. Awful company and awful customer service - avoid.

Shipping delay ruined my cruise prep BUT....

Was furious when my bag didn't arrive in time for my cruise packing. Called customer service pretty heated and probably wasn't very nice (sorry!). But they overnighted a replacement bag at no charge AND gave me a full refund on the original order. The manager personally called to apologize and explain they had supply chain issues. The bag itself is absolutely incredible - I've never packed so efficiently in my 30 years of travel. They turned my anger into amazement.

They are pretty badass!

They are pretty badass! I got 2 my daughter used one this weekend. I’m a over packer and it fit everything she needed for a Trip without mom. I can’t wait to use it for myself. God willing in July to see one of my bestie!
