I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I would give zero stars if I could. I paid extra for expedited delivery (7-10days), given I had a trip I needed it for. it took over 2 weeks to get to me which meant it didn’t arrive before my trip. I contacted customer support when I could see by the tracking it wouldn’t get here on time, and either my emails are ignored or they just respond with my tracking and say my shipment is on its way - clearly not a human on the other end of their emails. Despite paying for faster delivery and it not arriving in time, no one will respond and I’m sure they will still take the 20% restocking fee from me. Awful company and awful customer service - avoid.
