Important disclaimer, I have left 1 review for a product or restaurant in my life that was less than 4 stars (and it was because I had two orders shipped to me with the wrong part both times). I try to live by the rule that if you have nothing nice to say, don’t.I wish I had pleasant things to say because I waited for a couple months for this bag to go on sale. It’s been TWO months since I ordered it with no updated tracking information, the bag is still somewhere in China.I contacted customer service and they say that they are no longer responsible for the bag and that it’s shipped and will arrive. I asked if they could cancel my order as I have now gone on THREE trips where this bag would have been used and they have ZERO tracking information that is updated on the customer side.They said no to more tracking and no to cancelling and no to refunding even partially.They have a 90 day money back guarantee that only applies if the product arrives…which is really convenient since I’m encroaching on 90 days with tracking information that says “whereabouts unknown”Currently disputing this with my bank.
