The customer service for order inquiry was quick and professional. Received the bag and roller in a timely manner. They both were packed very well. The bag was everything and more. I am a plus sized woman and I was able to easily pack two weeks of clothing,shoes,jewelry, and toiletries with ease. The roller is easy to attach and moves easily. Removal is just as easy.
