Review of Luhxe
I saw an ad for these bags and thought they would be perfect for my trip coming up. I paid express shipping which meant they would be here in 5-7 days. Standard said the max was 10 days! I never received tracking info until I reached out to the support. When you order you also get told you can purchase another bag at a discount which that one as well is delayed with no tracking! Support team gave me tracking for only one order and won’t refund me the express shipping when the order was clearly never put through as express! One of the bags was a birthday gift. It’s late for the birthday and my trip!!!!
