I ordered a roller bag 11/18/24. Received it 1st week in Jan. It had a note that the roller was being shipped separately. I requested a tracking number for the roller and never received one. I sent numerous emails telling them I did not receive the roller. I have yet to receive the roller or an a reply email stating they sent it and it’s now Feb. Terrible customer service. Now I have a bag I cannot use because I can’t carry it, the reason I bought the roller bag version.
