Ordered the bag Nov 2024 for 3 upcoming trips in December and early January.Numerous emails to support provided apologetic responses but no real answers as to the ETA for my bag.After weeks of tracking the bag (and it progressing at a snails pace) in early January decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I had a feeling if I didn’t act in time, I may never receive the bag and my chance to dispute it would pass. I placed the dispute with my credit card company a week or so ago and today received a notice from Luxhe that they were canceling my order and refunding my money because it was taking too long to get it to me. In the same email, they mentioned that I had filed a dispute with my credit card and could I reverse it.After reading other reviews I’m glad I acted when I did. Super sketchy experience.
