This is the absolute worst company ever! I do like the product but it took over 7 weeks to be delivered then my order was incomplete. I specifically ordered these bags to go on a trip and it wasn't even here in time which is why I wanted to return them. But they wouldn't allow me to return them said it would be here shortly weeks went by, and when I did contact them they just kept telling me it's on its way it's on its way. I am still trying to get the cosmetic bag that I never received. When I contacted them about it they wanted me to send a video of all the things that I received when I opened it. Well of course I didn't have that so I took pictures of everything. Looking for their into it it would be a big deal even to return everything. So I've decided to contact my bank and have the charges rescinded. And I will let everyone know to never purchase from this company!! It's been 4 months plus, and I am still waiting for the rest of my order.ANYONE PLANNING TO ORDER THESE BAGS PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT ON RETURNING ANY ITEMS!
