What a waste of time. I ordered my bag in mid November and by early December I reached out to find out where it was. Blah blah blah...excuses excuses. By December 12th I'm worried it won't be here for Christmas. Was given a tracking number...it's shipping from China. They're throwing in packing cubes for free bc of the inconvenience which is supposedly shipped separately from the impression they gave. Christmas came and went...no bag. Told them I didn't want it and by Jan 3rd one of the tracking numbers said it was out for delivery...in Minneapolis...I live in Florida. By this time I reached out to American Express to dispute the charges. I emailed the Luhxe folks wanting the refund. They replied with their policy saying I would have to pay for return shipping before they issued a refund. Me and American Express laughed. AMEX reversed the charge and I got the credit on my bill. And the 2nd tracking number? It was held up in LA before the fires started...LAX was not shut down, and miracle of miracles, it was released from LA last week where I followed its tracking number to Dallas, and then this past week, the tracking number disappeared from the website. They told me in December, that once it ships, its out of their hands and they can't do anything about it like cancelling the order. I guess they could get with the shipping company afterall. My review is for a one star bc I can't give them a negative one.
