If I could give them a zero I would! I am extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency in fulfilling my order. I placed and paid for my order on 11/13, and over a month later, I still haven’t received it. Customer service has been unhelpful, providing only generic, canned responses. To make matters worse, I was told I can’t get a full refund, which feels completely unfair—especially since I no longer want the item. I could have ordered from another company and had my product by now. One star because zero isn’t an option. To date it is 12/31 and still no accurate tracking information.
