Lack of customer service

I am incredibly frustrated with the complete lack of communication and follow-through regarding my order placed on November 4. Despite receiving an email promising an upgrade and an apology for the delay, my order has still not arrived, and with Christmas just days away, it’s clear I won’t be receiving it in time for the holiday.What makes this situation even worse is that I’ve had to travel to Europe and Florida without the item, and I have another upcoming trip. I’ve received zero updates, and I’m extremely concerned that my order is still nowhere to be found.It’s appalling to see that you are still actively accepting new orders and promoting sales, while clearly failing to fulfill existing ones. I would strongly urge you to stop taking new orders until you catch up with your backlog and can deliver on your commitments.Additionally, last week, I was sent a tracking number, but when I checked the status today, the link showed that the number doesn’t exist.I am beyond frustrated with this experience and expect immediate attention to resolve this. Time is running out, and I am relying on your company to fulfill my order.Extremely dissatisfied
