I ordered 2 travel bags with wheels as Christmas presents in early December. Before ordering I was assured via email I would receive in plenty of time. Here we are almost 2 months later and they are still in transit. Last update via usps was 10 days ago. There is no support and no explanation, other than it's out of their hands. I have requested refund as this is ridiculous and there is no customer urgency on their side to try and resolve.
