Fantastic product at a fantastic price! I love my new american style fridge freezer! Very is such a straight f forward company to purchase from and would highly recommend! Delivery company are the only reason I only have 4 stars as they left in back garden without trying to get it in the house!
Still waiting for my order and I paid extra for faster delivery. On my account when looking on my orders it still says order placed not dispatched bearing in mind this is nearly a week since I ordered. Very never usually takes this long to dispatch products but there has definitely been a delay and I have still been charged for the faster delivery
Very bad customer service, they are not interested at all to sort out the problem of the account which is in depts like I called many times to sort the problem out and to set up the direct debit they saying all done and 2 month later they send you a letter with fees in it telling you that you didn’t pay last 2 month and when I called them they saying oh I don’t know sorry! But they never take the fees a way and they don’t care if you pay or not, they are very very bad customers service, I will never call again or pay again .
