Review Time
I received the wrong item in my order. When I called customer support to ask for a replacement item, I was told I had to send back the wrong item at my own time then had to wait for my credit then reorder the right item again. I'm sorry but I sent in photos of the wrong item and you should have taken the hit and just sent me out an replacement. The item wasn't expensive so it would have just been good customer service. Now I'm paying off my account and leaving
Yet again another next day delivery that never turned up ...the tracker had the van 200 yards from my house before it turned off and said 'driver attempted delivery but you weren't in and he left a card' mmm no card and my cameras would say he's a liar. Now I know this is a yodel issue (don't worry they are getting a similarly appreciative review) but I've had 2 deliveries which I have paid for next day ( even though I actually booked it for 2 days after ordering ) which have now been delayed because of inept delivery companies. So after taking extra time off to wait in and receive deliveries I was fed a series of lines by very "check your terms and conditions" I was given my money back for the service I never got but only after requesting it. I wonder how much they make every year from charging for a service they clearly never achieve by looking at the glowing reviews on here
1st delivery I gave 46 instead of 36 2nd delivery got e mail to say delivery would be between 15:30 and 17:30 got phone call at 14:00 tried ringing back but no answer then got phone call at 14:30 to say they were outside with delivery and told them about my time slot( had to pick up child from schol) and they said knew nothing about time slot and wanted to leave it with neighbour i said I not paying for delivery to be left at neighbours for me to carry. Got told it was easy I said that because of H&S there was two of them delivering and they wanted one person to carry for next door to mine.
Three wrong parts were delivered. The only option was to return and wait 14 days for a refund and then reorder. This isn't acceptable and terrible customer service, as the wrong parts were sent. I have ordered from elsewhere.
