Review Time
Ordered a new Lego kit which had a good deal on at the time but the package was delivered damaged. In order to replace it I was informed I had to make a new seperate order and return the old one but the promo code now no longer works so I haven’t ordered a new one.
The whole booking process as a new customer was so confusing. This signing up for credit having to put in your details and be checked. That is just terrible!! Can’t be skipped!! And then at the end there is a small line underneath to avoid getting credit. This is a typical example of what is good for the seller but not the customer. I have deleted the app and will not be buying from Very again. However the goods were great and came really quick!! Which is why I gave it a 3 star
I was told when ordering it would be delivered by Thursday 19th. Then candy got in touch by email to pick a date. Quickest was Friday 20th so chose this, then deliver lever.com got in touch to say they can’t deliver it until Tuesday 24th. If I’d have known this at the time I would have purchased elsewhere, as I am buying this for my daughter, who has children, being without a washing machine is stressful enough without delays
