Review Time
I was disconnected from two calls I have recently made to customer services and both advisors failed to call me back to complete resolution of the issue at hand. I expect them to call back because if/when I do I cannot get hold of said/prior advisor.
Today i had a fridge freezer delivered, it was damaged, i was told I couldn't have a direct exchange, i had to either have it collected and wait for them to receive it and refund me or i could have an insulting discount of ?60 off ?279 and keep my unstable broken fridge freezer. I cannot be without one as I have a disabled child in the house. I feel conned and backed into a corner to be honest. Absolutely would not recommend.
I ordered DysonHEPA Cool Formaldehyde TP09 Air Purifier and Cooling Fan from very with next day delivery with Yodel — parcel never arrived on time. Its should arrive 19th July - today is 25th! Contacted Yodel 5 times via live chat and after the 4th time did they tell me it was on hold due to missing info. No one mentioned this earlier, just kept giving false promises. Each time, I was reassured that the parcel would arrive soon – first Friday, then Saturday, then Monday. No one mentioned that my parcel was actually on hold due to missing information. I only found this out during my fourth conversation with them, after several false promises and wasted time. I had to contact the Very to fix it. Parcel still didn’t arrive!!! Please stop using Yodel or give people different delivery options
I've ordered 2 things recently, 1 ended up at the other end of the country(scotland and I live in the Midlands) so that took a week to come instead of a few days and then I ordered a fan to come the next day paid extra for that and it didn't come the next day so overall disappointed, two different couriers aswell, royal mail for the first one then yodal for the second
I had received a promotion of "Shop at Very.co.uk and get ?30 back" if I spent ?60. I did so, which included live plants. When the plants arrive, they were of poor quality and I was told to return them, which I did, and I would instead receive ?15 off the other item I purchased so that I didn't lose out on the offer. So far I haven't received it and the 'assistant' isn't allowing me to chat with anyone. Someones a phone call isn't prudent; I needed a person and couldn't get one online.
