Purchased a dining table & chairs set the screws provided for the chairs split the back support & pretruded out the frame customer service advised to dismantle the whole set & return for a refund . They didn't even ask for the item number of the product or offer to contact the manufacturer or to just return the chairs for a replacement
I've shopped with Very for over 20 years. My last purchase is definitely my last with them. Firstly the courier left my parcel at the wrong parcel shop too far away for me to travel to, and now having spoken to Yodel and Very numerous times the item has not been returned from the parcel shop a month later and Very will not process it. They have however charged me a payment on my purchase plan for the product I do not have, thus putting me over my overdraft. I'm sorry to say that in my experience this time the customer service agent I spoke to (only available via phone call) was unhelpful, stating that I had to wait for a notification from Yodel (which as I told her had already been received) and nothing more. Yodel are unfortunately just as unhelpful. This has been an awful shopping experience.
My item was faulty, customer service was dire. Collection was supposed to have been arranged for today, but no confirmation of this anywhere. Now have to wait to repurchase rather than having a replacement arranged. I still don't know if a Collection is happening
Order 3 items all being delivered separately, 2 items arrived 3rd item went missing. Very annoying to have to wait home for 3 different deliveries.Having said that the 2 items that arrived are very good quality and pleased with the items.
Delivery driver very surprisingly, I live in a first floor flat, the driver understandably struggled to get a fridge freezer up the stairs, he wheeled it into my kitchen and asked me to sign, I did, when I looked at delivery confirmation online I saw that he ticked all the boxes meant for me to tick, anyway after dropping off he went to leave, I asked him if he was taking the packaging he was very short with me saying I should have asked before bringing it upstairs, this tells me he wasn't gonna unpack it if I didn't ask even though it's part of the delivery process, I am looking to buy a dishwasher but will look elsewhere to buy as I don't want this man in my home again,
The mop is good, just what someone with mobility problems needs. However, I will not be buying from Very again unless you change your delivery firm. Yodel failed to deliver my parcel to me; instead the driver put it in an undesignated safe place next door, and lied about leaving a note. When I looked for other reviews for Yodel on the same date, so many also gave one star for poor customer service.
