Paid for next day delivery & got it…

Paid for next day delivery & got it next day! However during transit I'm assuming the courier service completely ripped open the box down the middle, so had there of been small parts they would have been lost, on delivery I watched the guy on my ring doorbell slamming it about with no care at all. These people that are employed need to remember they're paid and if it wasn't for customers ordering there wouldn't be jobs! Acting all entitled like it's slave labor.

Poor

Applied for a credit account that was offering 20% off with first order. All went through with no issues, I have an excellent credit rating - next day poorly worded email saying because a risk associated with there policy they were closing the account!! Called up to clarify what was going on - put through to a call centre abroad who transferred me to someone who could only tell me what the email said. I have never applied for an account, been 'successful' given a credit amount - only to receive an email closing it down the next day! Totally and utterly ridiculous and unprofessional.

I got the wrong item

I got the wrong item. I ordered make up costing ?35. And received a pair of socks and a tiny top. !! I was so upset

Held to ransom.

My account never went into arrears, I never missed a payment and all payments were paid early, but without notice very decided to suspend my account and would not accept any orders unless by debit/credit card. Obviously very doesn't want good paying customers. Very disappointing customer relations. I closed the account immediately and would suggest anybody else having the same kind of issues do the same.

I ordered a MacBook by accident then instantly was trying to cancel and it wouldn't let me.

No show of Goods

I payed for a item and next day delivery but not yet received them, and it's been 5 days now and still nothing. The item is stuck at Nottinghams royal mail. Very knows this but hasn't been in touch with me over this issue and it's been left to me to sort out. I know other family members have the same issue when very use royal mail to deliver goods...I'd serious suggest very go back to yodel or another courier service as its letting you down.

Poor quality

The fridge was a poor size you could not get much in it not what I wanted to much hassle to return the thing so I am stuck with it the plastic box at the bottom is only big enough to put a couple of bananas in if I had wanted a table top fridge size I would have ordered one

Yodel did not inform me of delivery until failed delivery …

Yodel did not inform me of delivery until after 7am this morning. I checked before I went to bed no info told would be delivered friday 20th. If he knocked today we did not hear him, we don't sit by the front door for 2 hrs.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. The link to customer service is hard to find and once you get through the lines are poor and you can’t hear the person on the phone. I have called twice to return an item and the first time I was told the item would be collected on the Thursday. The person did not turn up and I didn’t miss them as I was working from home. I called again this morning. Again a poor line and the handler was difficult to make out. I was assured I would receive a label this time for Royal Mail. As of 19.55 I still await this label. There is no excuse for this as the email address was confirmed! I am concerned I will be stuck with this item.
