Refund takes weeks!

I am still awaiting a refund for ?36.50 for a blouse ordered on 31st May and returned on 6th June. When I queried why I had not received my refund, I was told if I had not received it by 27th June, I had to phone again. They said I would then have to wait for up to 14 days after that to finally get my refund. This is shocking service!

Very disappointing experience

My order wouldn’t go through, as it had been flagged as fraud for needing to ship my items to a different address than my PayPal was linked to. I had to call twice to sort things and was promised my laptop would be delivered by the correct date. Two days before it was supposed to arrive- and after I had bought many accessories for it- the order was cancelled due to not being in stock- even after the agent on the phone said it was in stock and promised my delivery. I’m now out of pocket with accessories I do not need and without the laptop I desperately needed.

Shocking service

Shocking service! Doubt I will ever use again. First item ordered arrived promptly but wasn’t left in the specified place, it was left under a bush on my front garden but the delivery driver said it was in an outbuilding. Even worse the item had clearly been used and sounded broken so has had to be returned. The other items have still not been delivered even though I have been told for the last two days they would be here. I will probably be returning all of the items if I eventually do get them.

We ordered garden furniture in May

We ordered garden furniture in May. It’s taken a month to deliver it. Only it hasn’t actually been delivered! Arrow claim to have tried which is a lie. We were home all day and have ring doorbells. So in actual fact, we still haven’t received the order! Extremely disappointed

Had something ordered which I didn't…

Had something ordered which I didn't want. It was too big to put in the house and the staff threw it over the fence and left. I was meant to sign for it but didn't get chance. Now stuck with huge box outside covered in bin bags as no where to put it ,refusing to re collect if wet or damaged. Looking into a solicitor

Package

Packaging is ridiculous! A huge cardboard box for just a few items. I understand that it's all better for the environment, however I now have to try and carry this huge box on public transport to return it!I won't be ordering from again if this is how items are delivered.

The courier left my parcel near a…

The courier left my parcel near a rubbish bin that isn't even close to my flat. He posted a photo of the delivery receipt and I ran around all the floors to find it and found it near the rubbish bin. I am very disappointed because the parcel was expensive.

Sick of this company taking and ordering…

Sick of this company taking and order then never delivering it, they just cancel the order don't explain why offer an alternative nothing always left to us the customer to chase and find out what's gone wrong
