Review Time
ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!!!! I booked a room today through this site. I had to uber to get to the hotel just to be told that they didn'?€™t have any rooms available. It'?€™s pouring down rain and I'?€™m stuck outside. The support guy I spoke with, ojas-patil, credited me my money back on the site for a future reservation. So again I tried booking another hotel through their site and guess what happened.. they were also full. So there are two hotels, at least that I have wasted not only my time but also my money getting back and forth too, to still not have a place to lay my head. When I asked about getting a free night or a discount or something.. all I recieved was the answer '?€œ that is not possible'?€ ? nothing else. So hours later I'?€™m still sitting outside in the rain with $80 credited on an account I can'?€™t even use because I dnt have anymore money to go to another place because I had to waste it to go to those two places. This site is full of incorrect information and isn'?€™t willing to fix their issues with the customer. Don'?€™t trust it!!
