We used super.com to book a room with two queens at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Abilene, KansasWhen we got to the hotel, we found that Super had booked a single king with the old Holiday Inn site, Abilene Inn & Suites. The carpet stank, they hot tub and vending was broken.The clerk at the new Holiday in site said this happened all the time with third party sites like super.It was late and we had paid so we stayed at the crappy hotel, but I would recommend against using Super.com
Sometimes super site offers amenities that aren't offered at the hotels like breakfast and other things. I paid extra thinking I would get these and when I called to get a refund because it was cheaper to opt out I was not refunded.

They make promises they don'?€™t keep, offering deals and services that turn out to be false or misleading. Once they get your money, it'?€™s nearly impossible to get real help.Customer service was not only unhelpful, but also rude and dismissive when I tried to address the issues. I was told I would get certain benefits or approvals instantly, only to be told something completely different after the fact. It feels like a scam.This kind of deceitful conduct and poor treatment of customers is unacceptable. Super.com should not be in business if they can't provide what they advertise or treat people with basic respect.
