Review Time
I messed up the dates for my stay while booking online. I had a non-refundable booking, but super did not ALLOW a one time cancellation as long as the hotel waived all fees. I modified the correct date with 15 mins of my mistake. SUPER.com refused to help me as they did others on these reviews. Even spk. with Supervisor and was told they would not refund accidental booking. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!
I booked a '?€œQueen Room with Two Queen Beds '?€“ Disability Access'?€ ? through Super.com, but the hotel only had a '?€œQueen + Twin'?€ ? room. Super.com acknowledged the booking error but has ignored multiple follow-ups, including my formal request for a partial refund. Unprofessional and unresponsive. I would caution others when booking through this platform.
Do NOT pay for the refund Add-on!I booked a hotel at a cheaper price than listed elsewhere. With 11 days away I learned I would not have the day off due to another co-working going on leave and I would be required to fill in. I explained the situation but because it wasn't 1 of the very specific reasons to refund under "terms and conditions" was denied without further opportunity to litigate the situation. It was also explained that any situation will that is covered requires signed doctors notes. If it was related to work and accepted would required proof of 2 years employment AND a written and signed letter from the company. Super . Com does everything in their power to refuse refunds. I verified this when reading of other folks having similar issues. I will never use this site again. If you choose to use this site, do NOT pay for the refund add-on. The refund add-on is a scam that "super.com" uses their "discretion" to not fulfill. Anti-consumer borderline predatory practice.
Thought it was initially great as it gave me a discount when booking a hotel and mentioned it was included in super+ subscription Didn'?€™t tell me what super+ was or how much it cost when booking the hotel I just had to check a box and I got a discount. No info on the subscription or payment was on the booking page. Came out of my account today which I didn'?€™t realise what the payment was as it didn'?€™t come out at the same time as the hotel last week, this was a bit sly as otherwise I would'?€™ve cancelled both since it cost more than I saved and it should'?€™ve been a lot clearer what you'?€™re agreeing to and not just been an extra box to tick when booking
The quote for my room was '? ?103 later noticed the took '? ?127.09 out of my account Complained and they were very unhelpful said I had been charged taxes and cancellation fee which I did not wantDon't see why the don't just quote the price that they are going to charge I ended up paying more than I would have from other sitesBEWARE I did reach out to your online chat but the person I spoke to was less than helpful The final price of the booking should be clearly displayed at time of paying and it wasn't
Worst experience I have ever received from a travel agent. False promises, an app that doesn'?€™t work if you'?€™re based in the UK & lack of accountability and support from Management while we were on holiday. I ended up emailing the CEO directly as we had requested a sea view 6 months in advance as we were attending a family wedding. When we arrived in Spain, our room looked out onto a concrete block. Stay away from this company. You may save a little money but you will gain a whole load of stress. Simply not worth the stress. Also be mindful, as when you receive your booking documentation, there is no legal entity wording. I hardly ever leave reviews - but I really don'?€™t want people to undergo this stress that I encountered on this trip
