Zero if given the chance, my wife book a hotel thought she found the best deal only to find out that she was signed up for monthly subscription with out her consent theres no clear information on their website of this super plus membership, luckily I double check her email confirmation and thats where I found out that she'?€™s already a member and will be charge monthly on her credit card i cancelled it immediately but i'?€™m not sure if we have been charge for the first month already, this is a big scam that everyone should be aware. Can someone here advise me how I can take this further because this is very distressing for both of us and for sure to other customers that this company will victimize.
Their site froze when I tried to pay.I had to launch a new session to get the site to respond.After booking, I was charged twice.They refuse to refund me, saying both bookings (for the same hotel for the same night) are non-refundable.I ended up having to dispute thru my bank.I will never use them again!
Worth ZERO STARS. Company is fraudulent. As soon as you book a room they sign you up for a 15usd monthly membership and take the money from your account without authorisation. Trying to cancel their "membership" is a nightmare especially if you live in the UK. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! SCAM COMPANY
Absolutely appalling experience with Super.com '?€“ complete lack of responsibility and communication.I had a confirmed check-in on 22 June, and just 4 days prior (on 18 June), I was informed that my hotel booking had to be changed due to a supposed issue. I promptly accepted their suggested alternative, but that was the last time I received any meaningful communication from Super.com.From that point on, I was left in the dark. Despite repeated emails and over 6 phone calls, I was suddenly told'?€”just before my travel date'?€”that they had failed to secure any alternative accommodation and that I should urgently book a new hotel myself. I was promised a full refund plus 50% of the original booking amount as compensation, provided I shared the invoice for the new booking. I did exactly that.Since then, I'?€™ve made 11 calls and sent over 15 emails, and nobody has responded. This is not just poor service'?€”this is blatant negligence. My money is stuck, and I have no clarity or timeline on the refund.To make matters worse, the original hotel directly contacted me a day before my check-in, stating that Super.com had never reached out to them and that they had already arranged an alternative room for me. This was never communicated by Super.com, and when I informed them, I was told to check in anyway and wait for the refund to be sorted'?€”completely dismissing the chaos they caused.Even their support chat was a joke'?€”agents refused to answer refund-related questions and abruptly ended the chat when asked for escalation options. The level of unprofessionalism, apathy, and utter disregard for customers is shocking.Super.com'?€™s behavior is not only unethical, but borders on fraudulent. I urge the company to take immediate accountability and process my refund, and I strongly warn others to think twice before trusting this platform.
Super.com support team is so unprofessional that they fight over call to customer with medical emergency. Unlike bookin.com, Airbnb, Agoda - they have policy to not to refund money to customers if they have medical situations. They are all cheaters and don'?€™t book through them ever.
