I spent 20 minutes driving to a hotel with multiple rooms and availability on super.com website. I attempted to book the room, they asked for my payment information and text code confirmation that I was not a bot. I put in the code and the site said they had an error. I filled in the information again and the site said the hotel is fully booked for tonight. The unmaintenced parking lot is basically empty in a non Uber middle of nowhere location. I spent over 30 minutes sending screenshots to an associate who not only would not honor the rate (falsely advertising) but told me to book the same room for $24 more through the hotels website instead of their own because their site shows the hotel is FULLY booked now...
I had booked a hotel in the bay area using super.com called radisson hotel Oakland airport, which turned out to be permanently closed and had to rebook another hotel which didn'?€™t include the same facilities such as free parking and no amenities fee. The support call guy told me they will reimburse me for the difference in total payment but I never got the refund, even after emailing them about it. Terrible service, never book using Super.com
I booked a hotel 3 weeks in advance using super.com webpage. A day prior to my check-in I call the hotel and they say there is no reservation under my name. I call super.com and they just decided to cancel my reservation. I had to pay more than 3 times more for a last minute accommodation. Fraudulent business model.
My last few hotels in various cities, including Manchester (Airport) and Orlando, have been booked through Super.com, as they generally offer the best rates and the booking has always been honoured and found to be 'bona fide' upon arrival at the hotels
