I would never recommend this cmpany to anyone ever. I booked a hotel, and the hotel never received the reservation. Super gave me another confirmation number, and they never received that either. I could not check in and was told that the hotel was non- refundable for cancelation. I never canceled the reservation. I had to sleep in my car because it was the last of my money. I am so dissatisfied with this company. Every time I call to get my money back I get hung up on. I keep getting told that cancelations are non - refundable. I never canceled the booking. I will be contacting a lawyer. This was so unprofessional and messy. I will never use this services again.
The review in the Guardian today led me here. What a terrible list of awful reviews there are. The customers are clear and consistent: super.com didn't deliver. The responses from super.com support staff are also clear and consistent; it's either your fault (customers') or hotels' (not us)Why would anyone book with these criminals?
The website can be confusing sometimes. The prices are good, but sometimes the rates promised are not the rates that are available when you go to purchase. Also, the disclaimer pops up after your purchase stating the hotel may not get the reservation for several hours after it'?€™s made. That'?€™s crap! But overall, it'?€™s a good site!
I am enjoying Super so far. I do like you can earn money. I however am not a big fan of most of the games they have to choose from. I chose to earn with surveys. This is the only thing I have received for that, only games were given to me. I also wish you could sign in with an email. My phone is currently disconnected so I had to use another persons number because I can't receive text right now. if I was able to sign in with my email, I may have gotten the membership.
