Review Time
I am not tech savvy so I am praying that I have a reservation at the hotel I chose. It would be helpful if the rate my app didn't pop up in the middle of selections and if a pass code wasn't necessary will completing the reservation. I found this process annoying.
I was satisfied with their services at first, but that changed when I noticed a charge on my credit card for a subscription I never signed up for. Apparently, they automatically enroll you in their "premium subscription services" without any email notification.I'm really disappointed.
If I could give zero stars I would. Booked a hotel through super.com and after arriving at the hotel they told me that the virtual credit card provided by super.com did not go through. I reached out to customer service and they did not respond so I was forced to book a new room directly with the hotel so that I wouldn'?€™t be stranded now dealing with trying to get a refund and it'?€™s a huge headache and waste of time spend the extra $10-$20 and don'?€™t ever make the mistake of booking through this terrible service
This has been the worst booking experience. I chose a free cancelation policy that includes existing conditions as terms acceptable for cancelation and when I provided evidence of this Super rejected my cancelation approval. Never deal with this company. Stay away!
