It was great you all told me one price and then charged me another one. I didn't receive an email either. Then you all charging for breakfast when you all are already too expensive. I'm a Hilton honor member for years. I should have gotten a better discount, and im a senior citizen and it's my birthday then
Just used it for a trip to LA. On checkout the hotel charged me tourism fees claiming that super.com had neglected to collect them. When I contacted Super.com customer support, they neither confirmed nor denied whether the tourism fees were included and simply said, "For any additional charges from the hotel, please feel free to reach out to them directly. Thank you!" This felt like a complete scam where they present lower prices to deceive people into thinking it's a good deal, and then the hotel adds whatever is missing, making it higher than a direct booking.
If booking from a country outside the USA expect to pay an international transaction fee on top of your payment. Despite all information online, at time of booking and even in the confirmation details expressing all costs were in $AUD, there was no information about being charged an international transaction fee on top. When I contacted super, there was no contact detail on the version of the website it directs you too (different site to the US one). Only after downloading the app was I able to chat to someone, and then they were not helpful and said it'?€™s in the overview summary (it was not on the page of transaction so it'?€™s deceiving). Be wary and book elsewhere, not worth the hassle and additional fees !
