I paid extra for the "Free Cancellation" option on a hotel booking near Chicago. When my flight was cancelled by the airline, I tried to get a refund. Rather than being given a one or two click path like most sites, this place had me go through a lengthy process of documentation of me, the flight, and other details - and on the final page would only offer a refund to a bank account. Easy to book and pay with credit card - but the "Free Cancellation" was not free, and it did not really allow for cancellation. Also - their fine print regarding "Eligible Reasons" for cancellation was a great example of how The Man likes to mess with us - to put it mildy
I had good experiences up until my current hotel stay- the booking photos show that the hotel includes a bar and restaurant however upon arrival nothing along those lines was available and the hotel was a completely different name than what showed via Super. Most of the pictures must have been from a previous owner but I'?€™m so disappointed, I always make sure my hotel stays have these amenities for convenience and when I contacted the super customer support to ask for a partial refund due to the misleading photos they gave me the run around for thirty minutes and said basically it'?€™s not their problem- uhm if il giving you my money for a service you're promising me then it is your problem. Probably will stop using them as this had really made me second guess what I will get from them.
I keep getting billed by this company and so I canceled the membership that I guess they automatically sign you up for which i never signed up for and now even though I've canceled this membership they're still billing me so it's a nightmare. I wanted a cheap room but now after paying them 30 dollars a month for 6 months or whatever cause it seems impossible to cancel, I ended up paying like 250 dollars for the " cheap " 50 dollar room and should have gone to a fancy motel. This is the only site I've ever had a problem on but it's not worth it so im just gonna use Expedia from now on even if it's not the cheapest cause these cheap sites are not worth this trouble. I'm gonna have to cancel my credit card to get out of this cause i told them not to pat this charge and they still do.
They tried to charge my credit card i used for a payment reservation at a hotel my vard denied the charge for membership, but the card i used at the hotel was different for deposit there they used that card for taking a unauthorized membership fee it went through
