A smooth experience

Ita ? ?s been a smooth experience with Linley and Simpson so far!The tenancy checks, move-in process, and Fixflo communications have all been pleasant and straightforward.It was particularly welcoming to see that the apartment had been freshly painted and the decor retouched before I moved in, which made a real difference to the initial feel of the place.Ita ? ?s nice to know that the Loft apartment has been looked after, and that the Landlord and Property Manager understand the little details that make the difference when moving to a new home.A special thanks to Matt Kendrick for his help and efficient handling of everything.It's clear that the team at Linley and Simpson prioritises a smooth and positive experience for tenants and as things stand would definitely recommend

Free Cancellation is not Free and They Make Cancellation Near Impossible

I paid extra for the "Free Cancellation" option on a hotel booking near Chicago. When my flight was cancelled by the airline, I tried to get a refund. Rather than being given a one or two click path like most sites, this place had me go through a lengthy process of documentation of me, the flight, and other details - and on the final page would only offer a refund to a bank account. Easy to book and pay with credit card - but the "Free Cancellation" was not free, and it did not really allow for cancellation. Also - their fine print regarding "Eligible Reasons" for cancellation was a great example of how The Man likes to mess with us - to put it mildy

Disrespectful

My annual billing changed in the second year from '? ?116 to '? ?396 '?€”'? a HUGE increase of 341%. This is such an obvious cash grab that it becomes disrespectful. They know you will have set up the websites by then and won'?€™t want to leave.Their system also changes billing from annual to monthly without consent. The technical service they provide is good'?€”although they make it difficult to talk to anyone now'?€”but they have a lot to learn about business.

Prices seemed too good to be true. They were. Absolutely no communication throughout. Sent badly damaged, unhealthy plants. Accidents happen of course, but the mark of a good company is one that looks to put things right. Gardening Express do not do this. Ia??ve been forced to seek a refund through my credit card company.
