If I could put zero stars I would do that. I am so upset with this company and the hotel my sister was booked to stay at. So this is what happened: our brother went on super.com to book a reservation for our sister (who is in a wheelchair! She cannot walk, cannot stand up, cannot feel her legs! She is 100% disabled) when she arrived at the motel I guess our brother didn't clarify that she needed a downstairs room, but honestly you could see that as soon as she got there! The lady at the desk said they had plenty downstairs rooms, and it wasn't a problem, but then the owner of the motel came (and I don't know if he just didn't like the way my sister looked or what), but he said, "they had NO DOWNSTAIRS ROOMS!" (He said this rather rudely, and she felt as if he was judging her. She wishes she could walk, and that she didn't need a wheelchair, but she is dealing with what the good Lord blessed her with! So ACCORDING TO ADA (America with Disabilities Act) if you ask for a room downstairs and they can't give you that type of room they MUST refund the money. But did they do that? Oh no, the owner of the Quality Inn in Fort Smith decided he would keep her entire reservation monies. Not just one day or whatever. So, I told our brother to contact super.com and explain it to them, and surely they are aware of the ADA and will refund her money. But NOPE! They are trying to say IT'S NOT REFUNDABLE! Which is beyond me how a company can do this??? My sister is disabled, and draws a measly SSI check, so she had to go to another hotel AND PAY AGAIN FOR THAT HOTEL! All the while these companies aren't refunding her money! This is disgusting, and we will NEVER USE SUPER.COM AGAIN! And we will advise as many people as we can not to use them. And we are contacting the BBB (Better Business Bureau) because what they are doing is against the ADA and considered discrimination!
SCAMMERS!!! I'm a disabled Veteran and if they scammed me, what will they do to you? Spend a couple extra dollars instead of losing all of your money. You get what you pay for!!! There are exceptions to every rule. I canceled my reservation about 8 hours after I booked it due to a unforseen medical problem. I'm on a budget because I volunteered to serve my country in war time and you cowards won't make an exception to the rule. You offered me a credit of 118.59 out of 592.00. Keep your token money. Id rather eat out of the garbage than except your crumbs. I guess your company needs the money more than me. ALL MILITARY PERSONNEL, DO NOT USE SUPER.COM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
Booked a room through super.com for a hotel stay. Unfortunately I booked the wrong city and didn't pay the cancellation fee. After contacting them I was told I could receive a refund if I cancelled with the hotel. I sent super.com the cancellation confirmation. After super.com took the cancellation fee out of my account without my authentication they then decided they couldn't refund after all stating the hotel had the booking down as a 'no show' when I sent evidence from the hotel of the cancellation. I made a genuine mistake, but super.com have obviously conned me out of the cancellation fee and lied about the apparent 'no show'. They've ignored my evidence and blamed their 'partners' whoever they are. Stay clear of these con artists, they help themselves to your money then tell lies and blame so called 'partners' who don't exist.
