My bank was compromised

I booked a hotel from them, and after few days, my card was compromised and someone is trying to use my card from @SUPER+. Luckily the bank system notify me and the transaction was declined. However, now i need to request a new card.

Biggest scammers

I can't believe how super com has 4 stars. They are big-time scammers.I booked a room on super.com and went to the hotel. They couldn't find booking information, so I checked the transactions... They booked me an expensive hotel in New Jersey. I contacted Superr.cim and they said nothing was wrong. Yeah sure living in Chicago but having an expensive hotel room in New Jersey. I was using my private jet to go there.Anyway, I called my bank and claimed fraud....

You trick people into your rewards

You trick people into your rewards program that costs $15 month and then make it very hard to cancel. Shame on you and companies like you. Will never use your booking site again!

Wrong dates booked kicked out of hotel

Wrong dates booked kicked out of hotel then rebooked for 3 tumes the price..all with no recipts..so i can't even file this for reimbursenent. Nightmare..

Very user friendly and fast

Easy to navigate and super user friendly! Absolutely no problems booking the room! As long as we don'?€™t have issues once we get to the hotel then this will be the ideal site to book through!
