Review Time
I was scheduled to travel on United Airlines which was cancelled at 11:00 PM, leaving me with no way to reach my destination in time for the funeral I was attending. I immediately contacted the Hilton Garden Inn to inform them that I would not be arriving., but they advised me that I had to cancel through the 3rd arty that made the booking, Super.com. They have no phone number to call, only a chat option.When I reached out to Super.com support team, I was advised to obtain a written confirmation from the hotel stating that they approved a complimentary cancellation. However, when I contacted the hotel again, they informed me that they do not provide such written statements for third-party bookings. Instead, they explicitly stated that Super.com should contact them directly to verify that I did not check in and did not use the room. So, Super.com acted as travel agent on my behalf, but it is now all on me to cancel the hotel. They just blew me off! No compassion for me missing a funeral, they do not want to do their part to refund me and they are just keeping the money. I strongly recommend NOT to use this website.
Twice in two months I had to book a hotel at almost the last minute. Booking was the cheapest and easiest to book. Process was easy to follow and very quick. The only issue I have had is sometimes their site can't be reached and I have to try again in a few hours.
Do not trust this company. I booked a hotel with the November 2024 and my family changed the vacation destination. I paid the extra fee to secure a refund and when I have to leave my hotel a few days early I was still denied the refund for the days I did not stay. I lost over 300$ dollars that this company stole money from me. I canceled my subscription. And even almost a year later super.com is continually trying to charge my account. I have them block so money can'?€™t be taken out. But this is ridiculous every week my back denies their charge multiple times. Even after logging into the super.com site and continually canceling the account and blocking them from my from my bank.
