Review Time
I just got off the phone with super.com employee named ABHISSEK and he was very un helpful, not understanding at allused the words '?€œ unfortunately'?€ ? and '?€œIm sorry'?€ ? over and over but was not finding a solution to my problem. He should be FIRED and not able to work in customer service as opposed to employee ALI would very nicely and professionally found a solution to my problem. What a difference in employees!!
Original price was great, charged and additional $55 plus another charge of $24. Chatted online to them and was advised it was the hotel who had charged me which I asked how did they have me card particulars. I called hotel and they stated they didn't have my card number to charge. Just giving me the runaround
