Terrible Experience '?€“ Stay Away

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a medical emergency related to my high risk pregnancy and my doctor advised me not to travel. I even sent Super.com a doctor'?€™s note before my trip but they still refused to give me a full refund. Their customer service is unhelpful and completely lacks compassion. I will never use this site again.

The site served is purpose!

The site served is purpose. The site kept updating and by the end I checked out and the reservation said I had a mobility accessible shower/ tub which I don't need. I'll call the hotel to confirm or change.
